In collaboration with HooRaA Valais start-up combining HR expertise, digital marketing and recruitment technology.
The context
Vigier needed content to introduce its trades and recruit apprentices through social media. This first phase is part of a collaboration with HooRa intended to extend to other branches of the group. The apprenticeship campaign is ongoing.
The brief
Build a reusable content library: role-specific visuals, messages for prospective apprentices and short videos. Produce five videos covering IT, electrical work, digital business development, road transport and metal construction. Establish a consistent set of assets for current campaigns and future recruitment needs.
Deliverables
Campaign ongoing. The library includes French- and German-language visuals and five role-specific videos. It provides a creative foundation for apprenticeship recruitment and future group projects. No recruitment results are reported at this stage.
