The context

Accès Personnel recruits nurses for short- and longer-term assignments. The campaign with HooRa addresses two audiences: professionals already in Switzerland, particularly in the canton of Vaud, and candidates interested in gaining work experience in Switzerland.

The brief

Create advertising visuals that clearly distinguish the two audiences. Highlight availability, flexible assignments and support through short headlines and a clear call to apply. Integrate the creative work into the social media recruitment campaign.
